This is Daylight and ultra-violet responsive fluorescent pigments for water, solvent and oil based cosmetic applications.

It has more brighter colors than general pigments that is suitable to use in point make-up as it is easily recognized.

This is easily dispersed without using dispersion agent, and it is free of formaldehyde and fluorescent brightener.
